Expected all tag dependencies to be available and allow to complete a full build

Actual behavior (suspected bug)

git clone fails at submodule https://github.com/Zeex/subhook.git as it is no longer

git clone this repo, checkout tag, init/update all submodules recursively

it seems esp-develop is also affected

@greenaddress Thank you for the report. We will pick up upstream fix qemu@b1e35c7 in the next release.

For now, please update your build process to not do recursive cloning of submodules, please see https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/2660#note_2201708060 and https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu-web/-/merge_requests/10.
