Describe the feature
Currently it naively takes a 15s hardcoded time to show the hash rate, which differs explorer to explorer.

Solutions

average block time(last 100 blocks)
mean block time(last 100 blocks)
average difficulty? (last 100 blocks)

target is 15 right now
