Notification support

This would be a major feature but it would also be pretty difficult - for notifications, iPhone devices require a signed/secure server to send notifications (not just a IRC stream) - while this makes sense, it would also require the app to have a backend, which could be difficult to maintain.

Might want to look into BaaS/MBaaS, though I'd imagine that we'd want to be able to easily migrate to a custom solution in time.

I think that this will be something that may fluctuate as time progresses with how the core Eterna infrastructure is set up. Keep in mind that there's no hooks for notifications either except for long polling (forums and wiki exempt, as they are existing services that I believe have that built in).
