What is the feature about

Custom contract interactions were ripped out in the forking process because they are technically powered by a Safe App. We should either include a built-in version of this Safe App or support Safe Apps in general.

would love to be able to use the transaction builder inside of eternalsafe (or similar tool that provides the same feature, with json or any other form of import) 👍
