What is the feature about

Currently Eternal Safe ships with access to the Uniswap Token List via a dropdown in the balances page. It should be possible add custom token lists.

The list of requirements

A dialog to add / remove custom token lists.
Access to the dialog from the token list drop down.
Accept IPFS URLs which use the locally set IPFS node or the default fallback.
