Usr/Pw are not being updated

I'm able to control my Schlage lock. But for some reason, I'm facing the following issues.

1. I can't add users to the lock.
2. After defining a new lock and adding users. I can't see the defined users in the lock-manager
   Events List.pdf
   Events List.pdf

I'm able to lock and unlock the lock remotely from the Samsung-ST.

Thoughts?

I have a similar problem with my Schlage Connect 469 after just installing this using the classic app on iPhone XS iOS 12.1. I add the lock and a couple users in the app and save. When I go back into the app nothing is saved and I cannot see the lock or users I just added.

It has also broken using the lock from the new SmartThings app. It can no longer connect to it. I'm not sure if this has to do with changing the device handler.

I am currently having the same issue. But I am using the regular ZWave Yale assure lock.
