I just configured my front door lock to use this app, and when I go into the Lock Manager, the lock is not listed for me to view and/or edit. Yet, I am getting notifications that were set on this lock. Please help. Thank you.

My husband and I log into the same Smart Things account. This app works fine on his Android, but on my IPhone, I cannot access the locks once I set them up, and I cannot access the locks that he sets up. He can only access the locks he set up, and not the ones I set up. Yet, the ones I set up are working.
