Description

The Outreach Team - Enablement Workgroup is responsible for creating materials that evangelize and enable the adoption of the Baseline Protocol. To accomplish this goal, key deliverables and target personas must be identified to outline the necessary items in need of creation from workgroup members to bring companies closer to implementing the Baseline Protocol. Identified deliverables will available to be picked up by individuals in the Enablement Workgroup to complete, and iteratively improve with other workgroup members. The setup of this WG will allow enablement for the Baseline Protocol to take place for years to come.

• Identify and outline enablement personas
• Identify and outline enablement deliverables

Steps

• Personas Based Enablement Doc is filled out by team and reviewed

Updates

Issue comments will be used for logging updates and labels will be used for current status and work group responsible for current stage.

Grants

Outreach work items that are related to an approved grant project require updates by the 1st of each month by adding a comment on this issue with a detailed update on progress, roadblocks, and any comments.

• Draft for executive brief started

• Still need to polish up about how to get involved, resources, implementation reqs
• Can create 'template' deck from master with headings and notes for users
• Action Item: Mark to start process for getting deck added to website
