Glados should gather & show information about how many nodes that should be interested in a piece of data have that piece of data at increasing points in time.

#294 aims to measure time until at least one node has data, whereas this feature aims to measure how data propagates after.

This data should be viewable both granularly for each piece of data and in aggregate statistics for each kind of data.
