Rename this repository to ethdocs.org-site or deprecate it as old "homestead-guide"

As new to Ethereum, I find it hard to understand where to get documentation.

Particularly what is prefered https://github.com/ethereum/wiki/wiki or this repo https://github.com/ethereum/homestead-guide that is published to https://ethereum-homestead.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ = http://ethdocs.org/en/latest/

There was question #412 raised in Jan 2018 by @jamesray1 is this repository maintained at all. And the was no answer from maintainers at all.

If maintainers do not have time, they should deprecate, that is say "this is not updated any more"
or look for a maintainer.
