After #440 and note on https://ethereum-homestead.readthedocs.org that it is historical archive,

http://ethdocs.org can be used to redirect to new destination https://github.com/ethereum/wiki/wiki (as per my knowledge)

Modify reference to ethereum/wiki, remove ethereum/wiki from legacy docs as it is actively maintained (moreso than this repo) and place it prominently as an alternative to this repo/site #440
