Ubuntu 16.04 installation issue

Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04
System Hardware Specs: 2.4 GHz Intel Core CPU with 16 GB RAM and 750 GB free hard drive space.
Description of Problem: Fatal install error - secp256k1_ecdh.h: No such file or directory

I am going about installing pyethereum by simpling following the Installation steps. I get a fatal error though and I am not sure how to go about solving it. Any help is appreciated :-)

EDIT: FIX

Steps I took:

1. ancientevil@ancientevil-GT70:~/pyethereum$ sudo pip3 install -r requirements.txt
2. sudo python3 setup.py install
   This successfully installed
