Feature request: Eth2 Staker Checklist page

To improve the staking experience, we suggest adding an Eth2 Staker Checklist page.

1. Implement the Eth2 Staker Checklist page
   1. The content is being discussed here: Eth2 Staker Checklist for launchpad eth-clients/user-experience#6
   2. Let the user go through and check the checkboxes. ☑️
2. This page could be linked from:
   1. Congratulation page:
      1. Before genesis time, remind the user to revisit the checklist 2 days before genesis date.
      2. After genesis time, ask the user to read the checklist.
   2. The index
      • Maybe next to “Validators FAQ” link?

3. We can solve Easy way to navigate back to the 'Congratulations' page following completion of all the steps #198 together by copying the “clientInfo” section to the checklist page, right before the "Eth1 Client" section.
