as a person involved in activism in my local area, i read about downtown stimulus, and i would like to see a page about what this could do for my hometown if i were to champion it in my jurisdiction.

we just need a page that basically says "bring to my town" at the top.

and there is like 2-3 paragraphs about why this is the perfect way to do economic recovery locally.

at the bottom, there is a 'contact us' form that asks the following questions:

1. name, email
2. jusridiction name, state, counter
3. approximate budget

then when people fill out the form it emails [email protected] with the details
