Attached the first description proposal applied to the C1 indicator (NO2 level - boat traffic) with the following structure:

• indicator focus and inputs to generate it
• outputs
• indicator providers
• references

Please note that this is an example where references to COVID-19 couldn't be omitted (as discussed during the meeting) since the indicator chart is colour-coded according to the pandemic restrictions. @aapopescu
