Laptop

Gui should reset his laptop and give it to the venue to test it

Speakers and arrivals

  • Anna missing her flight and rescheduling to arrive at 19:30
  • Arafat was in the hotel, scheduled to check-in at noon

Floorplan fixes:

  • The unisex toilet should be renamed to gender neutral
  • The stage orientation is wrong
  • the sponsors hall label has a typo

badges fixes:

We should apologise to the speakers about the mistake in printing because our printing company misprinted their badges as one page instead of a booklet

We should apologize to sasha about the error (I don't get how did we end up removing sasha completely)

Openning speech

I am missing the following Items:

  • The floorplan fixes and better quality image
  • The image format of the party flyer and election token to put them on the slides

Missing attendees lanyards

We have 680 attendees lanyards and we might have 692 attendees, Most important note is to make sure the sponsor employees don't get attendees bags but they should get Staff ones

I think I might handle it that someone else picks up the speakers from the hotel and I can join the force of the registration of sponsors, journalists, Special case attendees

Speakers dinner

I will pick up the speakers from the hotel at 7:30
