Make sure we're at least as fast as Moose, Mouse and Moo when they're in pure Perl mode.

Put them in `xt/ or where ever author tests are supposed to go.

Mite runs faster than Moo and pure-Perl Mouse, and about the same speed as Moose, but obviously slower than XS Mouse.
