After adding the .no-sublime-package file, the upgrader cannot run anymore.

19:46:05:845.206022 1.63e+01 - channel_manager.channel_utilities.is_channel_upgraded:798 - Skipping channel upgrade as could not load package-metadata.json due: resource not found

Study remove the .no-sublime-package file or allow the upgrader to work with another way.
