Bug: 'Attach a Receipt' Pop-up Disappears on Outside Click

Issue:

When the user clicks on the 'attach a receipt' link, the pop-up to upload the document appears. However, if the user clicks outside of this pop-up screen, the 'attach a receipt' pop-up does not reappear.

Expected Condition:

The 'attach a receipt' pop-up should reappear or remain open if the user clicks outside of the pop-up screen.
Improve the user experience by ensuring the pop-up is persistent until the user explicitly closes it.
