nts term not recognised

got the pip3 installed ok by the looks of it when i try to run the nts command nothing happens i just get this:

nts : The term 'nts' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the
spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
At line:1 char:1

p.s im not very technical with this stuff, am i using it correctly? I'm in windows powershell and i tried macos terminal, the exact same thing happened there

EDIT:

Ah i got it I wasnt in the correct path as the scripts folder wasnt added to PATH. Also i needed to run '.\nts' (did i mention i was not very technical?) but this might help other people.
