Unfortunately not. The way it works, it logs into your account, and mimics
the clicks to download the exports.
To backup your offline graph, I would suggest using the built-in automatic
backups that Roam provides. You could also set the location of the offline
files in a cloud drive folder, like Google Drive or Dropbox, so that they
get automatically synced.
I have recently migrated from using Roam to Obsidian for a better offline
(and mobile) experience. Logseq is another alternative that's based on Roam
and uses offline files.
