No data licensing details on web site

Problem

I can't easily find any information about the licence of the data. Presumably WikiData-derived content is CC0, but that licence can be overridden by any other. I'm not sure how you handle disparate licences from other data sources.

Proposed Solution

It would be useful to at least have dome discussion of data licensing for users somewhere on the web site, or at https://github.com/everypolitician/everypolitician-data.
