• Select the best system and incorporate it into miXGENE.
• The goal is to connect miXGENE with a grid.

Replicate set-level gene expression analysis experiments

• Implement appropriate (meta)plugins (incl. a many-datasets-processing metaplugin and algorithm comparison plugins).
• Get the GE data
• Display results in an appropriate way

Clustering support for miXGENE
