As a MAP Front-End developer, I can pass a CreateNewHolonType command object to the ActionsController to initiate creation of a new HolonType. The HolonTypeBuilder returned represents the (empty) staged descriptor that can be used within the UC: Edit Holon Type use case to populate the initial state of the HolonType.
