Sample for basic setup for showing skupper and dapr in multi cluster environment
 
1. 2 k8s clusters A and B
2. a service in a docker container deployed to A that's basically just an echo service
3. a service in a docker container deployed to B that invokes the echo service on A
4. Both services setup with Dapr to do name resolution from invocation service to echo service
