To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://esl-ui.com/dev/nested-accordion/
Drag a scrollbar

Current behavior
Scroll dragging instantly snaps either to start or to end of the page

Expected behavior
Smooth drag behavior
