When a user deletes a page on the livecopy level (or moves it into a new location, or renames it on the blueprint level), AEM prevents re-creating this page on the next rollout. It does so by adding the page to the list of exclusions. Often users delete a page to have a "fresh start" and are surprised when they cannot rollout it anymore. Aem UI does not provide information on why the page cannot be rolled out, the exclusions list and an obscure location and can be edited only via CRXDE. All of this causes lots of confusion for both authors and developers.
As a user, I want to have a clearer explanation of why the page cannot be rolled out and the ability to roll it out. Alternatives to be considered:
allow the users to remove the page from the list of exclusions (with a clear explanation of why this page could appear in this list in the first place)
allow the users to make a force rollout, ignoring the exclusion
