Equivalent of toctree hidden? #105

I've got quite a few notebooks that I don't have in my These do build, of course, but I get lots of warnings in my log output. Is there a way of telling the build that I meant to leave those files out of the toctree - the equivalent of the Sphinx |

Actually - I spoke too soon - or something is changing that I don't understand. I can't get Latest master of my example repo includes your https://myst-nb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/use/orphaned_nb.html#orphaned-nb file, but still generates a warning in the build step about the file not being in the _toc file.
