Use Symbol rather than String for choosing behaviour #3

For example, rather than

KS_solve_SCF!( Ham, mix_method="pulay" )

we use

KS_solve_SCF!( Ham, mix_method=:pulay )

instead.

A simple benchmark might justify the above use.
