매번 PR이 upstream develop에 Merge 될 때마다 origin develop에 sync해줘야 하는 번거로움을 없애기 위해

How

매번 PR이 upstream develop에 Merge 될 때마다 origin develop와 api-docs(API 문서 배포용)에 sync해주기
