xcode15에서 추가된 String Catalog를 이용하여 info.plist에도 다국어를 지원하게끔 했습니다 !

좋습니다! xcode15에서 지원하는 xcStrings를 이용하면 너무나도 쉽게 작업이 됩니다!!

다만 이렇게 되면 ci에서 사용하고 있는 Xcode버전을 15로 강제 시켜야 할것 같습니다.
