구현 사항:

병원 정보를 저장할 테이블 생성
테스트 데이터 삽입을 위한 SQL 스크립트 작성
실제 데이터 일부를 테스트 데이터로 변환하여 삽입

참고사항:

facility 테이블과의 관계를 고려한 설계 필요
PostGIS의 geometry 타입을 활용한 위치 정보 저장
