Martha

@mkatenolan DevOps

I'm Martha, a literature and linguistics graduate turned full-stack web developer. Before learning to code, I lived abroad for three years and worked as an EFL teacher prior to working at a startup in Berlin where I evolved from an intern to a QA and Support Engineer. The blend of creativity and problem-solving is what drew me to web development and since I started teaching myself, I haven't looked back.

I'm passionate about building software for everyone and would like to help develop diversity in the sector by contributing to the education that makes it possible. What I love most about coding are the endless opportunities to develop skills and learn new technologies. After Founders and Coders, my aim is to work in a supportive environment where I can solidify my skills and create seamless user experiences.

Sarah

@sarahyjja QA

I am a woman with a lot of imagination and big dreams. I’m a graphic designer; an art director; and now, thanks to Founders and Coders, a crafter. Can I define myself as a designer with a big D? Hopefully. I have skills in my toolbelt that I’m looking forward to combining together to bring a powerful output to my community, society and the world. As a person, my teams say I am humorous, open and supportive. When I work in a team I am able to inspire and encourage my teammates. I’m passionate about finding, prototyping and developing good ideas into projects and bringing them to life within agile teams to share our forces and build an amazing product!

Gregor

@albadylic Scrum Master

I'm Gregor, a Scottish Social Anthropology Graduate. I have strong desire to learn and use my skills to benefit others. Being a part of Founders and Coders has taught me about discipline, leadership and collaboration. I’d like to collaborate in small teams taking projects from being ideas to real products.
