How I get my best work done:

• If given time to soak in the information of have visual references.

• When there is a clear plan and open dialogue about the task at hand.

• I like to take time to fully process everything, this may mean at times I need to stop talking to really understand the issue. 😃

• I usually need to go over examples a few times to ensure I have complete understanding

• I like experimenting to see what happens even if it doesn't work.

• I enjoy a calm working environment

The role I usually take in a team:

I tend to take the lead and build teams that gel. I like to make sure everyone is in high spirits, happy and having an equal shot in fulfilling their potential. I take great enjoyment of seeing people achieve their goals and develop.

My communication style:

I'm compassionate, honest and analytical. I like to make things light hearted to insure everybody is comfortable. I like to ensure people know they have done a good job.

I rarely take anything personally, I'm receptive to all feedback negative and positive. Open dialogue is important.

I have strong analytical skills and an eye for user interface. I feel my weakness is JS

Music, food, scuba diving, cooking BBQ, motorbikes, smart speaker tech, hot sauce, Ice Hockey the list is endless.
