Smart devices (such as the Amazon Echo, Google Home) need to do two things: play audio content and capture audio input. They do so through their loudspeakers and microphones, respectively. A strong difficulty lies in the fact that during playback there is a coupling between the two interfaces as the microphones can pick up the signal played by the loudspeakers themselves. This is what can call self-sound or Acoustic Echo .
Can this project simulate self-sound and self-sound RIRs data? Can it simulate the actual scene and place the smart devices on the desktop or other objects?
Thanks
