It would be nice if there was a filter that would hide matches from the list. It could be just below "Filter...' box named something like "Exclude...". Functionality would be similar to VSCode Find Files (Ctrl+Shift+F)

My use case would be to hide covariance fields because it takes a lot of screen space and are useless for graphing
