Can you add custom options parameter to SASS

If it can be done I would ask for "custom": string parameter in compilerconfig.json.defaults, so that we could add custom parameters to the build environment.

One of the things I would like to add is --no-charset option as SASS is for some reason adding BOMs to every file it compiles and it's annoying as we need to remove those before merging files into one big css file.

Now if needed I can build the extension and can send required changes.
