As a user, I want to be able to remove my account from FDS. The login with this particular username / password should not be possible.

Question: should the data still persist as long as mnemonic is not "deleted" somehow and that should be a different operation?

@tomicvladan Does fds-contracts allow you to remove a username from a contract?
