FDP Play 2.0.1

Explain what each of the following docker containers does:
queen
blockchain
workers 1-4
fairos
Explain how to connect to and use each of the containers, if applicable (e.g. which ports are listening for what purpose).
Sync readme with CLI help in extent needed, specifically
- --generate-completion
- --install-completion
- --quiet
- --verbose
- --version
- (and all the shorter options, like -V, -q, ...)

There should be one single source of truth, complete with all information needed.
