LimeSurvey: not working

Getting nginx 503 when trying to access https://survey.fairagro.net/

I am having an issue accessing the k8s fairagro-survey namespace in the Dev container, so need to work around it.

For now, from ArgoCD:

REASON Unhealthy
MESSAGE Readiness probe failed: Get "http://172.16.75.17:8080/": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

Simply nuking the pod in ArgoCD fixed it (argoCD/RS automatically re-deployed the pod)

Really need to stand up basic monitoring ASAP
