this brings the dart/flutter client to parity with the other clients for queue-based apis

This PR updates the Dart/Flutter client to work with the current fal.ai API protocol and brings the features closer to the other clients.
Note: Streaming and Realtime WS is still pending and will be added as demand for the Dart/Flutter client increases.
