Query filtering syntax error

Hi,
I'm using Zapier integration of FattureInCloud to get some specific parameter of a FattureInCloud registered customer.
I'm using the Lists Clients function.
I just need to download the entity id of the customer when his email is equal to an email I've stored in my Airtable.
So, the zap is asking the "query for filtering the results" but I'm not able to create a proper query.
Using the query "email = Email:xxxxx" where the Email:xxxxx is a parameter coming from a Airtable table is not working.
Someone can help please?
