Why Api reference page link not working for me? #389

The problem is related to your location.
Our API reference is based on RapiDoc, a tool that uploads our OpenAPI file and uses it to let you test our methods. We published our OpenAPI file from Github, and unfortunately, it seems that the Github link is accessible only from Europe. I think that Github mirrors the same file on different servers, so the one we used is unreachable from your zone.

Here you can find some solutions to your problem, unfortunately, I cannot test them because I cannot replicate the issue:

  • When RapiDoc fails to load the OpenAPI, it should show a textbox where you can insert a link to an OpenAPI file. If that happens, you should be able to insert the …
