Just hit F5 and watch on Debug console

This release has some special features like primitive debugging support.

You can just hit F5 and your lua code uploads to your NodeMcu device (most of the time :) ). Remember that, this
feature needs an opened folder on Visual Studio Code.

You can trace output logs coming from NodeMcu device on your Visual Studio Code's debug console.

Better intellisense

• Better intellisense support.
• Much better nodemcu module intellisense documentation support. Almost covered every NodeMcu modules.

Windows OS fix

• NodeMCU's default uart setting is 115200 baud. So extension obey this settings.
• Visual studio code's native library support is somewhat hacky. Now, extension runs only on Windows. I try to find a way to fix this.
