With wow.tools being deprecated and the CSV exports returning 403 Fobidden, JackJack needs a new data pipeline urgently, preferably in time for the Dragonflight launch.

Maybe use something like https://github.com/Marlamin/DBC2CSV

I have CASCExplorer+DBC2CSV working. CASCExplorer is GUI though and I don't have a Windows machine to compile CASCConsole, so I have to manually so everything for now.

Will probably make an automated pipeline in the future.
