Auto-reload Hex files

If a Hex file gets changed on the disk, the emulator detects it and reloads after 1 second.

edit: Added Linux x64 build.
You might need to install some dependencies for it to work:
sudo apt install libgconf-2-4 libcanberra-gtk-module
