Ensure all tests are run for a given workflow.
Ensure pass/failure is indicated somewhere for the data sent to Datadog... k6 already has a tag?

Ideal: workflow status is marked as a failure if one or more tests fail.

Alternate: at this time, we're okay with the workflow status as succeeded if one or more tests fail. Higher priority is getting data into Datadog
