Follow below steps to join the Painkiller's Playground Minecraft server:

Download the Painkillers Playground modpack
Download the CurseForge app
Click Minecraft
Click + Create Custom Profile
Choose Or import a previously created profile
Select the zip file you downloaded in step 1
Click Play
