Error while using `read.bibliospec()` #1

Hello,

I'm receiving this error while trying to read the blib format retreived from Skyline:

read.bibliospec(db)
fetched 113 rows.
assigning 294 modifications ...
Error in *tmp*[[modifications$RefSpectraID[i]]] :
subscript out of bounds
In addition: Warning messages:
1: All arguments to RSQLite Driver are ignored.
2: RSQLite::dbGetException() is deprecated, please switch to using standard error handling via tryCatch().
3: Closing open result set, pending rows
