Hard to identify in inspect of Chrome #243

When running multiple instance with node-dev, they all get this path in Chrome's inspect tab, so it's hard to tell which is which:

/Users/dlj/projects/my_app/node_modules/node-dev/lib/wrap.js file:///Users/dlj/projects/my_app/node_modules/node-dev/lib/wrap.js

Ideally, they would include the path that they're being run from or the file that is being run so it could be identified which is running in each instance.

This should be fixed by #279 and released in v7.4.1.
